Mountain Girl rapping on backstage mike during Space
-Anonymous (01/20/2008)

It was Edie Brickell rapping during Space, not Mountain Girl. Truly awesome show.

The Race is On was played that night to acknowledge the absolute knife fight going on in the National League between the Atlanta Braves and the San Francisco Giants for the pennant.

Normally The Race is On was only played in the 80s and 90s when the Kentucky Derby was happening. The Grateful Dead made an exception that evening.
