one of the longest most intense "looks like rain" to ever be played. its the energizer bunny. keeps going..and going...and going.
and the weather played along. windy with phil bombs during "black throated wind" and a cooling rain that came after this "looks like rain". a very intense show and one id highly recommend.

Spent all my money that day..had PB&J in backpack PB&J
After the show went to Dennys of all places.. was packed with heads even sherrifs everyone was having so much fun...dancing in the parking lot ..everyone was stoked from an awesome show and weather..
Camped at Lake Mead in the desert somewhere campers everywhere campfires..gitars..sage..laughing..
We went to Circus Circus Buffet next morning actually stole food to eat rest of the weekend stuffed food in our pockets.
Now with the internet I can go back on a rainy day like today and listen all over again

The "China Doll" was mind melting...but true to form The Sugar Mag drought you back
The real treat though was "The Weight" I still get goosebumps whenever I hear that by the Dead or The Band..

This was the seventh show of the May run of this year. At the first 6 in Expo & Shoreline the band played 93 total songs and 89 of them were played only once! 89 different songs in 6 shows! Who could pull off that trick?! Then this show, the 7th, came and they played 8 more songs not played in the previous 6, so in 7 shows they played 97 different songs!!!! They were having fun!!!!! As were we!

Not saying they were all fabulous shows mind you, but it's still an impressive feat. And shows in '92 they still had a little feistiness and wierdness to push the envelope a bit.

Bob's missing from the first two songs on the SBD. He's also adjusting the levels of his in-ear monitor.

You can hear why people don't like Vince on Walkin' Blues. He solos and it's just not there.

First set is lame-ish. They're trying to get things going, but it's not happening.

Phil's levels on this are super-good.
