I remember a very cold rain and nobody prepared. By the third RAIN song the crowd was on fire!

I was sitting in the last row of the bleachers at the back of the venue...it was cool because the carnies on the rides outside (the State Fair opened the next day, and the carnival rides were all set up next to the amphitheater) were obviously listening to the music and flashing the ride lights in time, and most people couldn't see it, but as Bobby sang "I'll call down thunder and speak the same", a lightning bolt flashed against the Sierra foothills far behind the stage, leading me to believe that even God was enjoying the show.
