Temperature wise it was the hottest day I ever spent on that N.J. asphault. I remember Little Feat opened and they were great. But what sticks in my mind most about this show was two things. First was the Stagger Lee,my favorite version next to the first time I saw it played (Hampton 3-19-86). The second thing was that it was so hot out I actually considered selling my ticket for the next night and almost missed the best show ever played at Giants.

A good show, however there were some meatheads sitting in our section. Total disrespectful gym rats there to party and spoil everyone elses fun in the process. They kept moving down taking peoples seats trying to get closer to some chicks. Then all of sudden about halfway through Bertha one of those Giant inflatable Beechballs came flying down from the upper deck and slammed one of those bastards right smack on top of his shaved head...knocking him off his feet... spilling his beer all over his mussle shirt and JCPenny jean shorts. They hung around like a fart in a mitten and by the end of Lil Red Roster they were gone. Ahh there is Karma/Justice in the Universe. After that it was a great show!

Hey, I am looking for the girl I went to this show with. Her name was Sue, she lived in Paramus. She was a friend of a friend, I am Art's friend, Kevin, I lived in Ridgefield Park, and went Paramus Catholic. We saw three show together. We were Dead Buddies. Just trying to reconnect, and reminisce about the shows we saw.

Really loved this one. Real hot day but band played great. This was when Bruce Hornsby was playing alongside Vince. this show was actually filmed for an ABC Friday night show called in concert. They aired miracle and a few other songs I can't remember over two nights. Jerry was in good form in the early 90s as well before he got back on the junk. Bobby always said the period just after coma up until Brent died was the best period for the band. This was shortly after that but Bruce Hornsby kind of kept Jerry on the beam for awhile. I saw a guy in the parking lot pulling a milk jug filled with sand tied to his cut off jeans belt loops. Shirtless. Perhaps someone was trying to keep him in the yard like a dog. He asked me if I had any fungus and said he was looking for something blue and stinky.
