Comments:

Boy what a show. Second set. 8th row front and center with my friend Bill B. From the spacey Playin in the Band into the rockin' UJB, a magical night. We really thought Jerry was going to explode during the Dew!

The music seems to be slightly lacadasical at times. as if the "Frat Bros'" vibes are really hittin the boys hard. It's almost painful at times how BLAH everything in this show and the previous night. It isn't like these moments are screw ups or mistakes, it just sounds like it was a mondane chore for the boys to play these shows. I'm really startin to hear how the frat bros effected the music, and i can't say i'm enjoying the down turn. especially not after how heady '87 is. One thing that keeps me optimistic is that i know summer '89 and spring '90 are dank, so i think i can muscle through this year. And i still have yet to hear shows worse then the two D.C. shows right before the Coma. as long as the frat breos don't bring the vibe down that hard i'll be happy.
