Stir it up was a disaster. The rest of the show was great.

Gumbi was deflated but the show must go on.

Stir it up is horrible! A 1st grade choir sounds better....

Black Peter was amazing. Very, Very solid show.

i was at this show .. and the thing about stir it up is that it was spontaneous and somewhat audience driven ... not that it was some great performance.

Right, the Stir it Up was a bit of a train wreck, but very spontaneous, and for that, I tip my hat. Especially, when there was only, like, 1 door open to get into this place, and I missed Bucket/Sugaree. Solid show. Always love hearing the Peggy-O.

Ed Watts has a pretty funny post on his blog that involves this show:

Playing' In the Band deserves a mention as being hot. Came in late (trying to get buddy a ticket - failed) during 'Stir It Up' and thought, well this is weird

I was at this show, in about the second row for at least the first set. General admission. I remember saying to someone "that was the best Stuck inside of Mobile" I ever heard. They said "that was the first one you heard from the second row". Funny. 86-95 was my time on the road with the band. Many good shows and tons of fun.

Best Peggy-O ever. I
