wish i coulda been there. another special red rocks encore, and this the last of the good 'ol grateful dead at the best venue in the world. by the looks of the setlist and especially the encore, the band knew this was it for dead rocks also.

gdjake Couldnt have said it better. Only fortunate enough to have seen furthur there the last two years and have tixs for this year. BEST PLACE TO SEE A GRATEFUL DEAD CONCERT PERIOD
-St.Stephenhead (5/9/13) (05/09/2013)

Was this the show where someone fell off the rocks and died?
-Murphy (03/06/2014)

Killer and fun set, might have been my fave Est Prophet of that era.

And I don't remember anyone falling and dying at a Dead show there, but that summer someone did at a Jimmy Buffett show and he swore he'd never play there again. And didn't until 2016.

Believe that was the 79 show when somebody fell off the rocks
-Anonymous (05/26/2017)

Hell, I fell off the rocks their all the time!
- (08/13/2017)

I clearly remember the sound system playing Steve Miller doing his version of "Big Boss Man", and the Dead walking on stage...Jerry goes right into their version...perfect intro...also my birthday:)
