Comments:

Most of the jams a good, but there is a certain vibe i get from this show that tells me it was not the most comfortable of events to play. With the temperature report the day before, i can only imagiune the hell fire beating down on everyone. Poor souls, so dedicated, so melted.
-Murphy (11/22/2013)

Truckin'-Kick ass version. All the boys participating in the chorus. Great momentum building, with a slight flub of the crash, picks up very quickly to finish off a great rendition.

Jerry wanted to go into Stella and I thought I heard Brent doing Mind Left Body after Drums but Bobby prevailed.

Murph quite right about the boys being used up by the heat. 2nd show of the new tour. Brent makes Breakdown respectable, Jerry missed a few lines and was on auto pilot. Always a few gems within the rough of the rough years.

Murphy and Perrinswolf: This is why I never went to a show at Cal Expo (I grew up in LA and went to UC Santa Cruz) The funny (odd, not ha ha) part is that I moved to Sacramento on 8/1/95.

On a different note, I'm becoming increasingly convinced that this tour was among the best of '79 - '86, if not the whole decade. Listening to 7/6/84 right now.
