Comments:

The Hampton Coliseum was my favorite east coast venue always general admission and always filled with beautiful women. Up to that point in time it was the furthest I'd ever traveled from home to see a show. Both of these two shows were great. This show was my 19th birthday, and just look at the selection of Jerry tunes alone. It was the best and biggest birthday party I ever had, Terrapin & Morning Dew in the same set, plus the fact that Touch Of Grey and Throwin' were still pretty much brand new. The Feel Like A Stranger opener was perfect too, because I did'nt go to the show with any of the friends I traveled down to VA. with. I saw the show with a herd of guys from Harrisonburg VA. who I still talk to on a regular basis.I really was into everything Brent and it was the first time I saw the Don't Need Love which I thought was a great song and was sorry to see it eventually get squashed. So these two shows, for me were, and will always be one of my all time favorites. It was the turning point for me and it was'nt just One More Saturday Night,It was the best.

they return to the Playin' refrain after Terrapin and before Don't Need Love, which features Brent really giving it his all on vocals. Show is on the shorter side but sturdy, solid playing throughout. Space > Dew is the highlight for me, and Baby Blue is always a welcome encore.
