It was so cold but I know you rider made it better

i'll trade my soul for this show!

Does anyone else remember the dude who sailed into the show on a parachute with a purple smoke trail behind him? No, really...

Eleventh BUCKET. Drink some champagne.

How can ya not like the China>Rider end of the 1st set and Scarlet>Fire to start up the 2nd?! The boys wanted the crowed to keep thier hands out of the pockets. No pocket pool Pigpen.

Whart Rat
only 4th of 6th time this sequence played.

Awesome show for sure. China >Rider,Scarlet >Fire perfection. My first taping experience too. I remember walking in and being totally parched, seriously Jonesing for a cold beer. Then I realized I WAS IN UTAH! Thankfully about ten minutes into the set break a dude goes strolling by with a tall Coors cup and pointed me in the direction of the beer garden. Salvation to be sure. I was pretty sure it was 3.2 so I snuck a third back to my spot. You can't be to careful! From there it was off to Red Rocks and Santa Fe. What a summer.

Forgot all about that guy with the parachute. Not to fear, it wasn't a trick of the mind.

this was fun, rocky mountain dead.
it poured rain the night before, tents were getting soaked in the lot, a guy came by in a pickup and brought us all to his under=contruction mountain home.
Bertha opener got a great roar,
at "ran into a rainstorm..."
and of course FOD, "spent the night in Utah, in a cave up in the hills"
laid back, security on horseback, parachuter, what a day@@
