Comments:

Pretty standard setlist right? Yes, but the energy is incredible! In-f***ing-credible!! They sound so refined. In the court of a king. Get this show, get it, get it now. Put the lights down low, have some wine and you will just fly! Not to mention the recording is amazing!!!

Not sure about the "standard set list", but hell yeah!

We drove though the ash of Fire On The Mountain to setback after the Portland show. We got to the center around 3:00AM. Many heads were there already. I left to shower at my parents and almost couldn't get back in line until the crowd vouched for me. So we were right up front and yelling in chorus "Dark Star!" Jerry just gave us this weird, "WTF?" look as they waited and waited to start the show. Finally they played Minglewood not quite what we were asking for...During china rider bob broke a string and Phil and Jerry stepped forward and just kept the jam alive until he got it fixed. Give us a SBD of this please!

A very unique song order in the second set:

Dont Ease Me In - usually a 1st set closer

Let It Grow - also often a 1st closer or 2nd set but rarely second song into 2nd set and even more rare to go into China Cat-Rider.

CC Rider - another usual 1st set song and rarely 2nd set. This is also only the third time played since the two times in December of 1979.

Terrapin - though it is in its usual place, the songs leading up to it make it a rarity.

Then comes the not so often Alabama Getaway encore which was most often a 1st set opener in 1980.

All in all this makes this show and especially the 2nd set a stand out morsel among the customary set lists of the time.
