Why was this one of the last January shows ever? after this, it was 6 more, in 87 and 93

Absolutely a better benefit or show with other acts not including nrps, silver, etc. All the bigger gigs seemed doomed since Woodstock. Not this 1980 Cambodia Refugee, they were on fire with there guests.
