The verson of Candyman is alone wourth this whole set, by far on of the best of its performinces. Looks like rain and Estimated prophet are highlights as well

Raining through out David Bromberg/ McGuinn, Clark and Hillman sets and first set of the Dead. When the Dead returned for second set...there appeared a Rainbow during "I need a Miracle"...another magical moment indeed...


First time a lot of people had seen Brent Mydland playing with the band. Portland Jam II a great show...

Bob Weirs deer hunting story retold from previously Autzen concert the year before was ill received, funny as Jerry made Bob finish the story while eq repairs/changes were being made by their highly trained and efficient crew....
