This was my first Dead show and what a SHOW IT WAS ! I WAS SITTING IN THE LAST ROW IN THE BALCONY. ITS HARD TO IMAGINE 10 YEARS HAS PASSED SINCE JERRY'S PASSING. THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES AND THE MUSIC!

this is a serious SLEEPER -- this show is monster.... of course it is overlooked because it is only available in an AUD -- too bad, y'all sleepin.

raging 20 minute enerby packed franklin's in set one, and the amazinq sequence mentioned by row jimmy from set two is KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF stuff. just swellllllll..........

I'm not sure which show(s) I saw in this run - I think I saw two of them - but this was when I got on the bus. All I recall was that the band was hot. I was up in the balcony and it was a great party scene.

There *is* a board of this somewhere, at least a partial one, given that Sugaree, Scarlet, and GDTRFB are all available as filler on that download series release - and, I must say, all three sound beautiful and unique, esp. that Sugaree. Keith exercised some synth chops this night...

So, there's certainly plenty throughout this show that you might be attracted to, but in all honestly I was actually not particularly enamored with this show for quite a while. They got into Scarlet going waaay too fast and I was thinking, "this is just an off night, they can't even get SB right", and then, well, what can I say? They got down to business. So, the ending jam to SB is very unique - obviously it doesn't go into Fire, but where it went is something unlike anything I've heard before. Just a really chill, groovy little jam. Then Going Down the Road, and then a really fun albeit brief NFA jam. And then Drums into the Wheel - this kind of stuff is why I listen to this band. And I absolutely love UJB as an encore, so that was perfect. Don't let the lack of a SBD scare you off here, there's plenty to like.
