Harmonies all round!!. Classic Donna screams on Playin' and Greatest(before Sing Me). Never before and never again did fans get such a sequence treat of Truckin>Dark Star>Morning Dew>Sugar Magnolia. What a way for Bobby and Jerry to flip flop the rocking/spacin/rockin songs.
One for the ages.

"Listen to the whistle of the Acid Train"

think Jerry says "passin train"

would be sweet if it was acid train though

This is one of my favorite runs of shows in GD history along with: NYC spring 1971, Winterland February 1974 and Winterland March 1977. Not sure if two consecutive shows classifies as a "run", if so I'd include Dream Bowl February 1969 and Seminole Village May 1969.

Anyway this show smokes. A 72 Birdsong is great, plus China Rider and PITB first set. Truckin Dark Star Dew anchor first set but dont sleep on OMSN, fantastic in 72 as well. Thank you so much Grateful Dead family and all the digital work done on archive so we can listen in 21st century.
