This was a great show. The correct name is "Allegheny College," and it took place in a small, old gym. It was a very intimate setting, and as I recall it, Phil Lesh or Bobby Weir cracked some jopkes about the presence of the district attorney. Some friends and I brought a shopping bag full of oranges and threw them around the room. They were not spiked, but no matter. The music was superb, tight, and the band was really friendly with the audience.

My very first show, my last year of high school and the only time I saw Pigpen, wow!

Such a small venue in the gym and sitting very close to the band. I remember my girlfriend actually talked to the band offstage and they were very friendly and cool. We had a friend going to school there and we hitchhiked up from Pittsburgh to see it. Mateus Wine vintage.

Great show. The cryptical is blazing.

My one and only Grateful Dead show. About a 40 min. drive from Erie. The only thing I remember from the show was that they ended the first set with "Good Lovin." Glad I found this set list!
