This was the best Dead show I ever saw -the New Riders opened with Jerry on pedal steel, then the Dead tore the place down.

How can this be the best Dead concert when they only played three songs? LOL
-Steve (04/03/2008)

I know they played more tyhan 3 songs, but can't remember too many details about the concert...for obvious reasons.

Yep. Great show! My first Dead show, totally different from any concert I'd ever seen. Tore the place down is about right! And yes, way way more than three songs (somewhere in the second set a guy near us in the bleachers said, "I think I may wake up in the morning still listening to the Grateful Dead!"). I don't remember near all of 'em either, but in addition to the three listed I do remember Truckin', Casey Jones, and Playing in the Band.
