Comments:

I'll comment, one of the most wonderful Cautions I have heard, flows, stops and goes. Short Dark Star but Jerry's tone is dripping wet on it. Only one disc, but what a disc!

Stellar performance of "The Eleven" lyrics flawless and the band playing in unison wellinto Jerry jam land.

Pigpen back from a several show absence, apparently his girlfriend had suffered a stroke causing him to miss some shows. That and his position in the Grateful Dead, along with Bob Weir's was in flux.

Apparently the Dead didn't think this show was up to snuff, and didn't play the Greek theatre for another 13 years. Personally I think it's one of the best from 68. It's stunning actually and Pigpen is on.
