Definitely the best 2nd set of any show I've ever been to... Period. I have yet to hear a latter day Saint of Circumstance that tops this one (it just keeps climbing, and climbing..), and it only gets better as we go along. This is my all time favorite Scarlett-Fire (it's not as long as Cornell but Jerry is seriously on!). The black peter is as heartfelt as they come, and the Sugar Mag. rocks! Get this show!

3.31.88 ranks as the best scarlet -> fire of all time.

Oh man. I got up at 6am in Gainesville, Florida. Had not tickets, and an engineering test the next day. And me and my roommate decided to roll to Atlanta. Driving my fat cadet blue 280ZX with sweet t-tops. In the parking lot by noon. We had nothing. Nothing man. Fake tickets everywhere. Fantastic drum circle. Everyone I know got stuck with a fake ticket. And we happened across this dude who looked like some sort of massiah. And he sold us two mail orders for face value. Man oh man. And we rolled on into the show. We were holding nothing, and had a real, real kind time. Scarlet->Fire. Seeing stars. And after the show, we get back in the ZCar, and roll on back to Gainesville. Sugar Mag still ringing in my ears. Back in Gainesville by 6am -- 24 hours after we left. At 10am, I sat down and took an engineering test. I wrote the answer key. 100! Perfect score. Still seeing lights.

Decent show, but to put this Scarlet>Fire in the same league with Cornell 77 or Byrne 3/31/88 or Telluride 8/15/87 is a farce!
