Great Show!! This was my third Dead show being that I was only 15, and also a night that I will never forget. The Shakedown had great jams in it, the Peggy O was pretty, Memphis Blues was smokin', Foolish Heart was pretty, Promised Land was incredible, the jam in Scarlet-->Fire was intense, and the Sugar Mag rocked! Will someone please post this show to etree.org.

The striking segment of this show for me is Space>Other One. There is something special and intensely emotional going on at this point. There is mournful anger and cathartic release. You can even hear it in Bobby's voice ... it not his usually 'giddy-up-i'm-a-yuppie-cowboy' voice; he has a seriousness to him that is ... well, different. It was as if the first two shows without brent in richfield were sort of auto-pilot ... like 'okay, we can do this' ... and it wasn't until they we taking their break during drums that the anger over him being gone hit like a ton of bricks ...
