Comments:

This is my all time favorite show that I attended. Granted, I saw under a hundred shows but the line up of songs, the quality of the playing, and the fact that the Bayfront Center only seats 8,000 made it a night I can't forget. If anyone has the tape or knows where I can get a copy PLEASE email me! Thanx, Albee

I was given tickets to this concert for my 18th birthday. This was my first Dead show, and only knowing the "new" In The Dark songs, + Truckin, Casey Jones, & a few best of songs, I didn't know what to expect. I couldn't wait for the show !
We showed up in St.Pete early, and got great parking. There were so many people just hanging out waiting for the show, and I remember it as my first time dropping. Between people selling kind veggie sandwiches, and just a general "festive" mood, it was a most unforgetable night.
I remember during the show thinking, 'I dont know any of these songs' but still had an incredible time. It wasn't until they played "Gimme Some Lovin" then "Watchtower" that I really started to get into it. Having been a Jeff Beck fan, I remember the 'Morning Dew' as a wonderful gem as well. I also remember singing Happy Birthday to Bobby :) A strong finish with "Quinn" made me a lifetime Deadhead.
Looking back at the setlist, this was quite a show ! Another reason I suppose I knew so little of the music is that Built To Last hadn't dropped yet. I had a copy of this show for a long time, and it was nearly as amazing as being there !!

Worth noting ** During 'Victim' Bobby sang: "Patience runs out on the bunny" in this show **
