This show was on Saint Patrick's Day. Bill Graham booked an Irish music band as an opening act called Train To Sligo. They had this lady wearing a black mini-skirt and fishnet stockings playing the accordion and singing front and center. I laughed as I watched the band's reaction to 1) the wolf whistles and cat calls for the lady in the fishnet stockings after their first song, and 2) the entire band's reaction to the huge clouds of smoke rolling over them from the crowd. Truly hilarious!

The Dead's performance was quite powerful, with a great opening double song Bucket>Sugaree and the version of Dylan's Memphis Blues was outstanding, Weir leading the rest of the team and everybody tight.

Also, please note that the second set was non-stop from the first song to the Hey Jude Reprise. This is one Kaiser show I would love to have. Fond memories of connecting with a lady named Theresa in the bar downstairs, drinking a couple of green beers and I still regret not asking for a phone number.

That's OK. The conversation and 2nd set dancing with her in the back of the hall was wonderful and that was all that was meant to be ;-D
