Easter Sunday opens with Hell in a Bucket, energy was high! Tom Thumb's bluse was a treat! Encore with the Mighty quin was over the top! Love Providence shows, camed out nights for Tix! Built a pool linner into a tent with several space heaters.

3/30/2021 & Where was I 35 Years ago???
Yes @ the three PVD Shows, March 30, 31 & April 1, 1986.
It was great to see the boys in my home town.. & .... "Why Don't We Do It In The Road" , was the last of 7 times which the boys played....
This was also the 4th time the "Mighty Quinn" was played out of 59 shows ... WHAT A TREAT!

iko iko now & forever...

Jerry was effing with the crowd. Before Dupree's he does a short but distinct Row Jimmy tease followed immediately by a short but distinct Ramble On Rose tease then finally starts in with the Dupree's wah-wah riff. Can't recall hearing that before... Jerry usually plays what he teases unless it's in the middle of one of those big second set jams.

First show. It seems really low energy when I was there. Listening to the show now it seems solid. Not a lot of highs and lows, no dynamics really. Even keel?

It actually sounds like an album.

I remember everyone was doing the NFA chant after the house lights turned on because we wanted more.

What I meant to say, at least when listening to the show now, that they weren't swinging for the fences on this show. Guess they blew their load in Maine?

There are much better mellow shows in 86, like the Frost show (5/11/86).

The next show they were trying harder.
