I absolutely love this show. I actually thought it started a little rocky, especially the transition to Good Lovin' being a bit flubbed. But they're firing on all cylinders for a sumptuous Friend of the Devil, and there's no looking back from there. The Deal is fire, as '78 Deals are wont to be...

This Scarlet->Fire though ... It's my all time favorite right now, no joke. It's a bit spacey in the transition, but it really works, and the transition is buttery smooth. Jerry moves in and out of the wah wah brilliantly. Everything is on point, and it builds to an earth shattering climax, as a good Scarlet->Fire should. The whole pre-drums 2nd set is great, including Sunrise. Donna's got a great voice to sing lead, and that song is a great "prelude" to Terrapin. Post-drums is just a really fun celebration of a great show. I will come back to this one no doubt.
