Comments:

what a great show. the morning dew is great, there is energy and it still manages to carry the mellowness as always, i love it! and the N.F.A > G.D.T.R.F.B> N.F.A is really smooth with the transistions , what a great show.

PARTS of this show officially released on CD as "Ladies and Gentlemen -- the Grateful Dead." In particular:

Second that Emotion
Good Lovin'
Sugar Magnolia
China Cat>I Know You Rider
Sing Me Back Home

(Why it was split up in this manner is beyond my feeble brain)

I'm pretty sure theres a friend of the devil in this show. does anybody know anything about this being th eonly one in 1971? Or possibly other FOTD's in 1971? Setlists says no. This show says yes
- (07/02/2011)

Rob, you are correct. There is a Playin' in the Band>Fotd in the first set just before China Cat.

For those of us who geek out on this shit, there is a FOTD in this show. Only one of 71 and like all things 71 it is fast, sloppy and really good. They talk about playing it the next and start tuning it but don’t play it during the first set.
