This and the previous listing of the same place are the recording sessions for the Dark Star Single. Born Cross-eyed is the b-side track. It's a cute little two and a half exposition of the melody and the choruses. It's not really dark star as we know it now, it's just the blueprint for what was to come. Definitely check it out if you can. you can find the Born Cross-Eyed single as a bonus track on the expanded Anthem of the Sun. And the Dark Star single is on the Compilation album, What A Long Strange Trip It's Been. I think it was released in the late 70's. happy hunting

Have this, it's definitely something you should listen to if you get the chance. It all sounds pretty simple, I guess you could say relatively stripped down demos, but it showcases early recordings of two of the early era's greatest songs.
