40 years plus one month and this show still has zest! After a quiet and soulful He Was, there is some funny speed/hcl laced stage banter. Pigpen does beast like screams, Bobby tells the crowd before Golden Road "this is a drop out song, so dance" then the whole bands trades "oh yeah......whoooaa....say what? Noooo"

Then the rest of the show is a mean blues/spacey based jam.
-Perrinswolf (06/08/2007)

One of the most hallucinogenic moments in Grateful Dead history happens when Jerry plays this really slow dreamy solo while the rest of the band is charging at full speed. Aural slow motion.
